Karen Morton

Karen Morton has extensive experience in driver licensing, currently serving as Program Director for Driver Licensing at AAMVA since July 2006, where responsibilities include writing and managing federal grants related to driver licensing issues. Previously, from August 1978 to June 2006, Karen Morton held the position of Director of the Driver Services Division at the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration, where the focus was on developing regulatory policies for statewide driver’s license issuance and serving as a liaison with various governmental agencies to address complex issues. Karen Morton earned a degree from the University of Maryland, University College between 1988 and 2000.
