Mark Klapow

Mark Klapow is a distinguished attorney currently serving as a Partner and Co-Chair of the Litigation Group at Crowell & Moring LLP, a position held since March 2011. Klapow also contributes to The Sedona Conference as a member of the Steering Committee for the Trade Secret Working Group since January 2022. Previously, Klapow was the Trade Secret Law Committee Chair for the American Intellectual Property Law Association from 2018 to 2020 and practiced as a Partner in the Litigation Group at Howrey LLP from 2000 to 2011, where Klapow also worked as an Associate from 2000 to 2006. Additionally, Klapow gained experience serving as a Clerk for Judge Christine Miller at the Court of Federal Claims from 1999 to 2000. Klapow holds a JD in Law and Economics from Syracuse University College of Law and a BA in History and Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
