David Solot

David Solot, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the assessment and talent management sectors. Currently serving as Chief Scientist and Head of Product at Sciolytix since January 2021, David focuses on innovative solutions for workforce hiring and development through advanced technologies such as 3D simulations and predictive analytics. As an Assessment Industry Leader and Product Designer at Solot Consulting since June 2014, David addresses evolving needs in psychological assessments for organizations. Previously, David held several key roles at Caliper from 2002 to 2019, including Director of Application Design and Senior Vice President of Client Services, where significant achievements included managing the award-winning Caliper Analytics suite and leading a team of consultants. Early career experiences include managerial and therapeutic roles at Electric Express and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. David holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Walden University and has a strong academic background in psychology.
