Jennifer Germano

Jennifer Germano is the Founder and CEO of ICS Consulting Service, established in May 2015, which specializes in cannabis operations and compliance services. Jennifer has extensive experience in both public speaking and regulatory compliance within the cannabis industry, having served in various leadership roles and committees, including as a co-chair for the Colorado Marijuana Science & Policy work groups and as a board member for the American Cannabis Bankers Association. Additionally, Jennifer has participated in committees focused on statewide regulations and mentored social equity initiatives through BIPOCann. Educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from The Art Institutes.
