Currently serving as the Director of Culinary Operations at American Cruise Lines, Kevin has also held significant positions such as Partner and Culinary Director at Powder Ridge Mountain Park & Resort, Corporate Executive Chef at JORDAN Caterers Design Event Planners, and Executive Chef at both The Country Club of Farmington and Mountain View Grand, where responsibilities included overseeing food and beverage operations. Kevin's culinary education includes training from The Culinary Institute of America and foundational studies at Plymouth South High School.
