Currently serving as a Television Personality and Host for the Emmy-nominated show "American Dream TV," which focuses on lifestyle, culture, and real estate in San Diego, Jocelyn also owns J&S Realty and operates as a California Real Estate Broker. Prior experience includes ownership of Journey Guard Inc., along with roles as a Realtor with Jocelyn & Sonya Real Estate Team and Jocelyn Pectol Real Estate Services. Beginning a career in real estate at age 14 within a family-owned business, Jocelyn has developed extensive expertise in negotiating contracts, guiding clients through the escrow process, and maintaining clear communication throughout transactions.
