Aashna Khurana

Aashna Khurana is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Graduate Student Representative for the Leadership for School Improvement Special Interest Group at the American Educational Research Association since July 2023. Aashna has been a Steering Committee Member at INCLUDE Collaboratory since October 2019 and previously co-chaired the Universal Design for Learning SIG for the SITE Conference from April 2021 to April 2023. Aashna's background includes a summer internship at CAST in 2022 and an Assessment Associate position at ASER Centre from August 2018 to July 2021. Aashna's teaching experience spans various roles, including Special Educator at DAV Public School Pushpanjali and Primary Teacher at Kendriya Vidyalaya Air Force Station Hakimpet. Aashna is pursuing a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction at Boston College Lynch School and holds a Master of Education in Special Education from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University.
