Lia Keel

Lia Keel has extensive experience in leadership and organizational transformation, currently serving as the Co-Chair of the Circle of Red for the Greater Charlotte Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Team at the American Heart Association since August 2023. This initiative focuses on raising awareness about heart disease as a significant health threat to women and empowering them to manage their health risks. From May 2004, Lia has held the position of Managing Director and Portfolio Leader at North Highland, where the emphasis is on facilitating transformative change for businesses. Prior roles at North Highland include Vice President and Principal. Lia's career began at Accenture, where Lia worked from June 1997 until May 2004, concluding as a Manager. Lia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Spanish from Auburn University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
