David Cournoyer

David Cournoyer currently serves as a Senior Advisor at AISES, focusing on communications, membership, and individual giving after years of consulting for the organization and its Indigenous science network. Prior experience includes consulting at Plain DEPTH Consulting, where David provided communications, facilitation, and strategy development for nonprofits serving Native American communities. As the Director of Resource and Program Development at Native Americans in Philanthropy, David facilitated connections between foundations and Native communities. Additional roles include Program Director at Lumina Foundation for Education, Communications Manager at W.K. Kellogg Foundation, Director of External Relations and Public Education at American Indian College Fund, and Correspondent at Fox News Channel. David’s extensive experience spans over two decades, emphasizing advocacy and outreach for Indigenous and educational initiatives.
