Mikayla Cleaver has a diverse background in physics and administrative support, currently serving as the Society of Physics Students Programs Coordinator at The American Institute of Physics since October 2019. In this role, Mikayla manages awards and scholarships for undergraduate programs and performs evaluations of applications. Previous experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at The Pathway School, where responsibilities involved supporting the HR and administrative departments. While at Gettysburg College, Mikayla held various positions, including Hatter Planetarium Staff, Lab Assistant, and Peer Learning Associate, contributing to planetarium shows and assisting students in their studies. Additional research experience includes studying stellar kinematics at Texas A&M University and analyzing galaxy cluster simulations at Gettysburg College. Mikayla earned a B.S. in Physics from Gettysburg College in 2019.
