Chelsi Campbell

Chelsi Campbell is an accomplished Industrial Organizational Psychology professional with extensive experience in various research and instructional roles. Currently serving as a Research Associate at the American Institutes for Research since May 2020, Chelsi has focused on investigating organizational best practices for workforce digitization. Additionally, Chelsi contributes as a Researcher at 4D LAB and has held valuable educational roles at North Carolina State University, overseeing the distance education of undergraduate students. Previous internships include positions at UNICEF Montenegro and The Center for Advanced Hindsight at Duke University, where Chelsi applied behavioral insights in research.
