Traci Dougherty currently serves as the High School Principal at the American International School Kuwait, where responsibilities include overseeing the master schedule and managing student records, as well as facilitating post-secondary options for students. Previously, Traci Dougherty worked as a Bilingual Teacher of Social Studies at Denver Public Schools, instructing high school students in Spanish and developing a student advisory program to enhance academic support and attendance. Traci Dougherty also has extensive experience as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State, serving in various positions in Latin America and contributing to the MidEast peace process and legislative affairs in Washington, DC. Traci Dougherty holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
