Dr. Rachel Culpepper Rn

Dr. Rachel Culpepper RN, CENP serves as the General Medicine Service Line Director at IU Health West Hospital and is actively involved with the American Organization for Nursing Leadership as a member of the Board of Directors for Region 5 and the Advocacy Committee. Additionally, Rachel holds leadership roles as the President and Board Member of the Central Indiana Organization for Nursing Leadership, as well as President Elect. In academia, Rachel contributes as an Adjunct Faculty member at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Previous experience includes key operational roles at Eskenazi Health, including Director of Operations for Inpatient Services and Peri Anesthesia Clinical Manager. Rachel earned a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from Ball State University.
