The Education and Program Management team at the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) is responsible for developing and managing educational programs and events. This includes overseeing conferences, designing curriculum, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and coordinating faculty-led training sessions to enhance nurse leadership and innovation.
