Mike Niederpruem

Mike Niederpruem, PhD, CAE, currently serves as the Vice President of Credentialing Board Services for the American Osteopathic Association since March 2024, where responsibilities include oversight of the Credentialing Board Services team and advancement of osteopathic certification. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Vice President for Certifications at AHIMA, focusing on revitalizing certification programs. Experience also includes an honorary role as Engaged Practitioner Scholar Research Fellow at Weatherhead School of Management, a Research Consultant at the Institute for Adult Learning Singapore, and Senior Vice President of Learning & Development at AAAHC. Educational credentials include a PhD in Management from Weatherhead School, an MA in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, and both MS and BS degrees in Exercise Physiology and Sport Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
