Owen Elton

Owen Elton is currently a Research Assistant at American Promise, starting in February 2024. Previously, Owen held the position of Relational Organizing Fellow at Relentless from October 2022 to November 2022, where responsibilities included training volunteers and facilitating voter outreach in Texas. As a Community Investment Intern at MassDevelopment from June 2022 to September 2022, Owen managed relationships with community leaders, enhanced data collection processes, and presented a white paper on collaborative workspaces. Additional experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Northwestern University and working as a Field Fellow for Rufus Gifford for Congress. Owen also freelanced as a Graphic Designer at Nashoba Brooks School. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Urban Planning at NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, Owen previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University and attended Colby College.
