Christy Buranaamorn

Christy Buranaamorn, MPH, is currently serving as the Associate Director of Reimbursement Policy at the American Psychiatric Association since June 2023, where responsibilities include acting as a liaison to the American Medical Association (AMA) Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) and Relative Value Scale Update Committee (RUC). Prior to this role, Christy was the Senior Health Policy Analyst at the American College of Radiology from September 2014 to May 2023, leading projects related to AMA/RUC activities within the Economics and Health Policy Department. Christy holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from The George Washington University- Milken Institute School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Studies from the University of Richmond.
