Kim Hearn

Kim Hearn serves as the Regional Philanthropy Officer for the American Red Cross since July 2023 and has an extensive background in resource development, demonstrated during tenure at the United Way of Dane County and the University of Wisconsin Foundation. Kim's experience includes significant roles at the United Way of Greater Atlanta, where responsibilities involved increasing donor retention rates and managing major gift initiatives, as well as leadership in fellowships at The Fund for Theological Education, overseeing substantial budgets and program evaluation. Previous roles also included research at the Emory University Center for Ethics and marketing management at Verizon Communications, complemented by advanced degrees in Ethics and Sociology from Emory University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
