Lisa Simmons

Lisa Simmons has served as General Counsel at the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) since December 2014. Prior to this role, Lisa was a Partner at Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP from 1988 until December 2014, following the merger of Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon LLP in October 2011. Lisa began their legal career as an Associate at Jenner & Block from 1986 to 1988. Lisa holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 1983 and 1986, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science/Economics from the same institution, completed in 1983.
