Jess Rylander is a skilled Associate Research Analyst at Edelman DXI since June 2022, with a strong background in research and analytics. Jess has also served as an Editorial Assistant at the American Society for Public Administration since June 2021, where responsibilities include editing and publishing articles while managing author relationships. In a notable role as a DEI Intern, Jess led ASPA's first nation-wide Diversity, Equity & Inclusion research project. Previous experience includes managing participant recruitment as a Lab Assistant Manager at Bard College's Memory Dynamics Lab and providing crisis intervention counseling within the Bard community. Additionally, Jess created health-focused content as a Communications/HR Summer Intern at Pawtucket Credit Union. Educationally, Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bard College, completed in 2022.
