Kristen L. Spriggs

Kristen L. Spriggs, CAE, IOM, is the Executive Director of the American Society of Baking, where Kristen leads initiatives for baking industry professionals focused on education and networking. Previously, Kristen founded kickstart | EVENTS + BRAND EXPERIENCES, offering consultancy for various organizations, and served as a Faculty Partner at Butler University, facilitating leadership curriculum. As Chief Member Services Officer at ASQ, Kristen managed significant aspects of member relations and resources for a global quality excellence community. Kristen’s extensive experience at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies involved strategic roles in member development and engagement. Early career experiences include sales management at Indianapolis Woman Magazine and a claims specialist role at The Hanover Insurance Group. Kristen holds a BA in Marketing and Public Relations from Indiana State University.
