Georgia Galanou Luchen

Georgia (Gina) Galanou Luchen currently serves as the Director of Member Relations for the Section of Pharmacy Educators and Community Pharmacy Practitioners and as Director of Academic Programs at ASHP, where responsibilities include executive leadership, strategic planning, and program development. Previous experience includes a PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency at Balls Food Stores and the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy, and serving as a Clinical Adjunct Professor at the same institution. Additional roles include pharmacy internships at Hy-Vee, Inc., and the University of Kansas - Watkins Health Center Pharmacy, and involvement in behavioral research on neurodevelopmental disorders. Educational qualifications encompass a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Pre-Pharmacy degree from the University of Kansas, an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Johnson County Community College, and a high school diploma from Earl of March Secondary School.
