Katherine Bailey

Katherine Bailey is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and compensation analysis, currently serving as a Compensation Analyst at AMERICAN SYSTEMS since October 2017. Prior to this role, Katherine held various positions at ScienceLogic, including Customer Operations and HR Specialist from December 2015 to October 2017, and HR Coordinator/Office Manager from September 2011 to May 2013. Katherine also worked as an Instructional Assistant for Fairfax County Public Schools from August 2013 to December 2015. Katherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management with a Minor in Information Technology from Florida State University, completed in 2011.
