Roger Steele is an experienced professional in the fields of project management, monitoring, evaluation, and higher education. Currently serving as a Senior Adjunct at American University since January 2018, Roger teaches an online graduate course focused on Project Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation. In addition, Roger holds the position of Senior Advisor for Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning at Living Water International since January 2014, and has been a Senior Project Manager at LINGOs since October 2010, where the focus is on strengthening project management for nonprofit organizations. Previously, Roger specialized in monitoring and evaluation capacity building at World Vision and has held various roles in higher education, including Assistant Professor at Cornell University. Roger holds a Ph.D. in Community Development & Education from Michigan State University and has earned multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Master of Science from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University as well.
