Rubiao Song

Rubiao leads JPMorgan’s Tax Equity – Energy Investments Group, where he has been responsible for developing tax equity structure and growing tax equity investments in renewable energy projects over the last 20 years. JPMorgan has consistently been one of the largest tax equity investors in renewable energy. Before becoming the head of Energy Investments, Rubiao led the structuring and economic analysis group at JPM Capital, the leveraged lease pricing group at First Chicago Leasing Corporation, and was an industry analyst at First National Bank of Chicago. Before his banking career, Rubiao was an associate editor of Bulletin of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing.

Rubiao holds a B.S. degree from University of Science and Technology of China and a Master’s degree in Economics from Northwestern University. He is a CFA charter-holder.
