Richard J. Rosenthal Dsa

Richard J. Rosenthal, DSA, CRE, FRICS, CRB, GRI, serves as the CEO of The Rosenthal Group and has been a notable figure in the real estate industry since April 1974. With a longstanding membership in the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors since 1975, Richard has significantly contributed to numerous organizations, including real estate educational institutions and the National Association of Realtors, where Richard held various leadership roles, including Chairman Emeritus of Realtor University. Notably, Richard was the Project Leader for the development of the NAR DC Headquarters Building, which achieved LEEDS Silver certification. In addition to board roles, Richard has played pivotal roles in fundraising and governance within the realtor community. Richard earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Industrial Engineering from Hofstra University in 1961.
