Pinaki Ganguly

Pinaki Ganguly has extensive experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and learning across various multinational companies. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture and Director of Talent and Performance at Americana Restaurants, Pinaki previously held significant roles at IFFCO Group as Group Head for Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, and Learning. At Mondelēz International, Pinaki was the Regional HR Lead for EEMEA, focusing on talent management and organizational effectiveness, and served as HR Business Lead for the GCC and New Markets. Earlier roles include Senior Advisor in Learning and Development at National Bank of Abu Dhabi and Head of Learning and Talent Development for JAPA at American Express, where a strong emphasis on leadership and employee development was maintained.
