Damon Tupa

Damon Tupa has extensive experience in the mining and water industry, currently serving as Mine Site General Supervisor at Americas Gold and Silver since August 2017, with prior roles as General Supervisor, Process Supervisor, and Shift Supervisor. Tupa's career includes a position as Process Operator at Pershing Gold Corporation from August 2017 to January 2021. At Coeur Mining, Inc., from May 2012 to August 2017, Tupa held roles including Leadman, Assistant Operator, and Merrill Crowe Plant Operator. Earlier experience includes serving as a D-1 potable water operator at Lovelock Meadows Water District and working as a welder at AT Systems, specializing in stainless steel and mild steel welding and fabrication.
