Rachel Constancio

Rachel Constancio is a seasoned professional in non-profit management and philanthropy, currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at the Corporation for National and Community Service since July 2020. Previously, Rachel held the position of AmeriCorps Program Manager at Reading Partners and worked as a Program Manager at the National Center for Family Philanthropy. Additional experience includes a role as Development and Fundraising Coordinator with Indianapolis Public Schools and as a Graduate Assistant at IUPUI's Office of Neighborhood Partnerships. Rachel has also contributed to youth philanthropy initiatives with the Indiana Philanthropy Alliance and engaged in civic engagement at the YMCA of Metropolitan Denver. Early in their career, Rachel worked as a Social Media Specialist at Author Solutions, LLC. Rachel holds a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs with a focus on Non-profit Management from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and a Master’s Degree in Philanthropic Studies from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, both obtained between 2013 and 2015.
