Lynelle Steele

Lynelle Steele is an experienced professional with a strong background in community health and program management. Currently serving as the State Liaison at Amerigroup since September 2014, Lynelle manages the Self Direction Program and contributes to the Nursing Home Transition team, assisting members in transitioning from nursing facilities to community living. Lynelle is also a member of the MLTSS Advisory Team. Prior to Amerigroup, Lynelle held the position of Program Manager at the Passaic County Department of Senior, Disability, and Veterans Affairs from January 2003 to September 2014, where responsibilities included managing the Global Options Care Program. Lynelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health from William Paterson University of New Jersey and completed further education at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations in 2016.
