Tricia Austin Tangradi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational readiness and strategic initiatives within the healthcare and marketing sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operational Readiness at AmeriHealth since June 2013, Tricia oversees the operational strategy and administration, ensuring excellence across all business areas. Previously at HouseMaster, Tricia held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Marketing, where innovative brand promotion was a focus. Tricia's career began in 1994 at HouseMaster in marketing roles, and earlier experience includes positions at St. Martin of Tours Catholic School and Oxford Health Plans. Tricia graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
