Steve Smith is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the technology and data sectors. Currently serving as the Director and Owner of Amery Chase since August 2022, Steve specializes in data and engineering recruitment for early-stage start-ups through to Series D companies. Prior to this, Steve held the position of Head of Talent for Technology & Data at Utility Warehouse, where involvement began during a significant digital transformation. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Contino, Delivery Manager and Lead Technical Consultant at Arrows Group Global, and Senior Recruitment Consultant at Madison Maclean. Steve's recruitment expertise spans top-tier investment banks, consultancies, and various other industries, with a strong background in managing key accounts and driving recruitment strategies. Steve holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management & Entrepreneurship from Staffordshire University.
