Gina Shimko-Schwartz

Gina Shimko-Schwartz currently serves as General Counsel at Avid Marketing Group, a position held since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles at PrizeLogic, where Gina worked from October 2013 to October 2022 as both Senior Counsel and In-House Counsel. Gina also completed a legal externship in the Corporate division at Henry Ford Health System in early 2013 and was a Senior Legal Analyst at ePrize from May 2005 to April 2012. Gina earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law between 2010 and 2013 and holds a degree in Social Relations - JMC and Political Science from Michigan State University, obtained in 2005.
