Konica Katoch is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Support and Network Technical Specialist & Product Support at Amico Group of Companies since January 2022, where responsibilities include resolving hardware and software issues and providing desktop support. Previously, Konica worked as a Network Technician at Masters Blessing Technologies from July 2018 to October 2020, focusing on designing and installing computer networks, troubleshooting system failures, and maintaining LAN infrastructure.
