Desirée Patno

Desirée Patno is an advisor at Amicus Brain Innovations, Inc. and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and housing industry. Desirée started their career in 1990 as a relocation specialist and corporate real estate executive at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. In this role, they were responsible for helping Fortune 100 employees and their families find new homes in communities across the nation. Desirée then transitioned to Enterprising Women Magazine as an editor and eventually became the president and CEO of NAWRB, a national organization for women in the real estate industry. In this role, they created and oversaw the implementation of Diversity & Inclusion programs. Desirée has also served on the Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Council (NDILC) for NAWRB. Currently, they are an advisor at Amicus Brain Innovations, Inc., where they provide advice on how to create an inclusive workplace culture.
