Desmond Shotwell

Desmond Shotwell, CSM, CSPO, currently serves as the National Director of Renovations at AMLI Residential, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Desmond amassed extensive experience at StreetLights Residential as a Senior Project Manager and in various management roles in asset management and warranty. Desmond's background includes serving as Director of Customer Care at Lennar, as well as multiple maintenance management positions at Aspen Heights Partners, Capstone Development, and earlier roles in maintenance at Crown At Long Leaf Trace and Eaglestrail Apartments. Desmond holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.
