Ratno is an experienced maintenance and engineering professional with a strong background in facility maintenance and project management. Currently serving as the Maintenance & Service Superintendent at PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara, Ratno is responsible for overseeing the Infrastructure Facility Maintenance Service department, leading a team in maintenance activities, budget preparation, and waste management, while ensuring functionality and safety across various areas. Previous roles include Maintenance & Engineering Assistance Manager at Trans Studio, Maintenance Superintendent at DNX Indonesia, and Field Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer at Freeport Indonesia, among others.
