Harriet Milligan

Harriet Milligan is a seasoned professional in the skincare industry, currently serving as the Manager of Product Innovation at AMOREPACIFIC since September 2024. Prior to this role, Harriet held the position of Project Manager for Product Development at Tata Harper Skincare from January 2023 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing product launch timelines and overseeing the launch calendar. Harriet's earlier experience includes roles as an R&D Lab Technician at Elevation Labs, a Chemistry and Quality Control Technician at Truth Treatment Systems, and a Keyholder at FatFace. Additionally, Harriet contributed to academic research at The University of Vermont and served as Co-President and Editor-In-Chief of The Natural Philosopher. Harriet holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Vermont, complemented by an international study experience in 2019.
