Nira Dror

Ms. Dror has been serving as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since September 2005.

She serves as CEO and Chairwoman of Nira Dror Ltd., a company providing consulting and representations services, and further serves as a member of the Board of Directors at the Israel Union Bank Ltd, Shlomo Holdings Ltd., Shlomo Insurance Company Ltd. and Collplant Holdings Ltd and Sharonim – Water and Sewage Infrastructure Ltd.

Ms. Dror holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.
