Rhys Wyborn

Rhys Wyborn is a Partner in Employment at Shakespeare Martineau, leading the Nottingham Employment Team and specializing in employment law for employers and senior executives since July 2019. Wyborn possesses extensive experience in handling disciplinary and grievance matters, as well as unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. Additionally, Wyborn has been a member of Ampa since May 2021, contributing to its mission of unlocking potential in legal and professional services. Previously, Wyborn served as a Partner in Employment at Geldards LLP and held various roles at Berryman and Bond Pearce LLP, starting as a Trainee Solicitor after earning a Law and French degree and completing the LPC at the University of the West of England.
