Laurie Bell is an accomplished marketing and customer experience leader with extensive experience in the education industry. Since July 2017, Laurie has served as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Amplify, where responsibilities include representing the customer voice in strategy and action planning while designing the overall customer journey. Prior roles at Amplify include Vice President of Customer Success, where Laurie led a cross-functional transformation of implementation and support departments, and Vice President of Customer Engagement, focused on building the first customer engagement team. Laurie's previous experience encompasses leadership positions in marketing and product strategy at Curriculum Associates, MYNDSHFT, Wazee Digital, TeleTech, Cambium Learning Group, and Discovery Communications. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
