Erica Schultz

Erica Schultz is President of Field Operations at Confluent, the real-time data streaming platform, and oversees sales, business development and customer success teams globally. Prior to Confluent, Erica served as New Relic’s Chief Revenue Officer where she played an instrumental role in driving the company’s growth since the company’s IPO in 2014. Prior to that, she spent nearly 17 years at Oracle Corporation, where she pioneered the company’s cloud go-to-market strategy.
