Specialist Concepts Congestion Management at Amprion GmbH

Ann-Kathrin Meinerzhagen has extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering and energy management. Currently serving as a Specialist in Concepts for Congestion Management at Amprion GmbH since October 2019, Ann-Kathrin previously worked as the National Contact Point for Energy within Horizon 2020 at Programme Management Jülich, Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH from July 2018 to September 2019, focusing on consulting and informing regarding energy-related research and innovation projects. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at RWTH Aachen University's Institute for High Voltage Technology, where Ann-Kathrin managed both national and international research projects, and contributed to Knowledge Management and External Communication from January 2011 to August 2017. Earlier experience as a Student Assistant at RWTH Aachen University's Institute for Power Electronics and Electrical Drives involved writing and proofreading for the institute's annual report. Ann-Kathrin holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Electronics, as well as degrees in Technical Communication and Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
