Arnout Sabbe

Program Developer 'circularity In Urban Regions' at AMS Institute

Arnout Sabbe serves as the Chief Executive Officer of geoFluxus since February 2020 and has held the role of Program Developer for 'Circularity in Urban Regions' at the Amsterdam Institute for Advanced Metropolitan Solutions since April 2019. Additionally, Arnout is a PhD candidate and chair of 'Environmental Technology & Design' at the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment, TU Delft, since August 2018. Previous experience includes a position as an Urbanist at ORG, Permanent Modernity from September 2017 to June 2018 and a researcher at the Singapore-ETH Centre's Future Cities Laboratory from December 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Urbanism and Spatial Planning from the University of Antwerp, alongside visiting researcher roles at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and the National University of Singapore focused on Public Policy and Integrated Sustainable Design, respectively. Early education culminated in a High School Diploma in Ancient Greek and Latin from Sint-Ursula-Instituut.
