Urban Living Lab Developer at AMS Institute

Juanita Devis Clavijo is an Urban Living Lab Developer at AMS Institute. Juanita has also worked as a researcher at imec-SMIT, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, where they coordinated projects, developed and executed co-creation activities for inclusive technologies and technologies to support inclusion, and researched inclusive smart cities (urban planning, data, mobility, sensors). Some of the projects they have worked on include URBANAGE, which investigates how digital technology can address the needs of ageing people in the urban environment, and INDIMO, which aims to break the barriers that vulnerable people face in accessing digitally interconnected transport systems.

Juanita Devis Clavijo is an architect who has earned both a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree from Politecnico di Milano in the field of Science of Architecture. Juanita also has a high school diploma from Colegio Italiano Leonardo Da Vinci and is certified as an Advanced Open Water Diver by PADI and as a TOEFL IBT by Educational Testing Service (ETS).
