Brian Lo Sin Sjoe

Brian Lo Sin Sjoe is an experienced professional in the performing arts and cultural sectors, currently serving as an Adviseur meerjarige subsidies at Amsterdams Fonds voor de Kunst since March 2024. Since September 2021, Brian has been the Artistiek leider for the Opleiding Productie Podiumkunsten at Academie voor Theater en Dans, focusing on practical and theoretical aspects of stage production. Previous roles include Huisdramaturg and member of the Artistieke Raad at MusicalMakers Amsterdam, where Brian supported the development of new Dutch musicals. Brian has also held positions on the Raad van Toezicht at Stichting de Vrolijkheid and as a Subsidieconsulent at Fonds Podiumkunsten. Additional experiences include teaching at Lucia Marthas Institute for Performing Arts and working as a webredacteur at Wondrous Entertainment & Publishing. Brian holds a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Utrecht University.
