Laura Ciras

Laura Ciras is an experienced professional in quality control and analytical development within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Head of Quality Control and Analytical Development at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals since October 2024, Laura has previously held key positions such as Director of Quality Control at eGenesis, Inc., and Associate Director of Quality Control at Oncorus. Over the years, Laura progressed through various roles in quality and analytical sciences at organizations including Scholar Rock, bluebird bio, Yale University School of Medicine, and Cytec Industries Inc. Educationally, Laura holds a Master's degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Connecticut.
