We leverage on the experience of our founder, Gabriel Padilla, who has more than 25 years of track record working in financial services.  His expertise covers investment management, wealth structuring, securities services, fund servicing and corporate services, across multiple jurisdictions that include the Caribbean (BVI, Cayman Islands & Puerto Rico), Europe (Luxembourg, Spain & United Kingdom), North & South America.

The investment management target in our flagship fund, Amyna Capital Private Debt SP, is to deliver consistent returns, with low risk and volatility, while on the venture capital side, we aim for strong capital gains, investing in innovative companies and supporting great founders and their teams.  

In the wealth structuring solutions area, Amyna Capital partners with selected specialist firms in multiple jurisdictions and areas, to deliver tailor-made services to its clients.  We work closely with other trusted advisors of our clients, in particular lawyers, accountants and their banks, to ensure all angles are covered and the best solutions, both on-shore and offshore, are implemented.
