Idil Saylam is a seasoned professional in health and safety management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Group Health & Safety Manager at Anadolu Grubu since September 2024, Saylam has previously held similar positions at Coca-Cola CCI, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance and safety culture across 12 countries. Prior to that, roles included HSE Manager at Borusan Makina ve Güç Sistemleri, and SHE Manager at Nestle S.A. Saylam's career also features significant contributions at Bayer, where management of ISO certification systems was a key focus, along with earlier experience as an Environmental Engineer. With a strong educational background, including a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Saylam brings a robust skill set to health, safety, and environmental management.
