Geir Ostrem

Geir Ostrem is a technology strategist currently working as a Fellow at Analog Devices since August 2021, focusing on advancements in Automotive Cabin Experience technologies. Prior to this role, Geir served as a Maxim Fellow at Maxim Integrated from February 2001 to August 2021, where responsibilities included managing design and applications engineering of high-performance data-converter products and automotive high-speed serial link products. Earlier positions at Maxim included Executive Director and Director of IC Design, where significant contributions included the introduction of integrated DOCSIS products and multi-GHz RF D/A-converters. Geir also has experience as a Principal IC Design Engineer at Signal Processing Technologies, Project Leader at Globespan Semiconductor, and Data Converter Design Engineer at Nordic Semiconductor ASA. Geir holds a Ph.D. in Physical Electronics and multiple degrees in Electrical Engineering from prestigious institutions, including the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and Delft University of Technology.
